Events Club Life Sciences Forum is our newest MICE event specifically for the life sciences industry. This exclusive, invitation-only forum is a chance to network with buyers who are eager to plan large-scale events in your region. The 2.5 days are filled with B2B meetings, networking activities, and opportunities to deepen your connections in the industry.
As a service provider at EC Life Sciences Forum, you'll attend the event at Meliá Castilla, a refined business and leisure hotel in the heart of Madrid.
You will meet
We apply a strict and lengthy qualification process to ensure that the event planners you’re meeting are your most likely next business partners. Each hosted buyer has been vetted by our in-house recruitment team and is personally interviewed via telephone and is subject to pre-registration and reference checking before an invitation is extended. The decision-making event buyers have upcoming business in your region and are planning large-scale events in the life sciences industry. You will meet hosted buyers from:
- Germany, Austria, Switzerland: 25%

- France, Benelux & Scandinavia: 25%

Bike tour through Madrid’s traditional markets and cultural areas. A fun, original and dynamic way to discover the city from a local, cultural and gastronomic perspective.
Includes a professional guide, rental of city bikes, helmet, bottled water, civil liability insurance and a customised route with stops at iconic markets such as San Miguel, Antón Martín, La Cebada and San Fernando, as well as cultural landmarks and historic streets like Plaza Mayor, Calle Toledo and Embajadores.

Mysteries and Legends tour through Madrid’s historic city centre, a cultural and thrilling experience exploring iconic locations full of history, stories and curiosities.
The typical itinerary covers Sol, Plaza Mayor, Calle Cuchilleros, San Miguel Market, Plaza de la Villa, Plaza de Oriente and the Royal Palace, with possible variations visiting the remains of the Islamic wall, Plaza de la Paja or the Convent of La Encarnación.
Vermouth & Gildas Masterclass
Vermouth workshop with gildas and cocktails, a fun and interactive experience where participants enjoy a guided vermouth tasting paired with traditional “gildas” snacks, plus the opportunity to craft three vermouth-based cocktails under the guidance of professional bartenders.
Art & Wine Experience
A unique creative experience combining art and wine in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Participants follow a guided painting session, choosing from a range of classical themes, with no previous experience needed.
The activity includes a glass of wine and snacks during the session. Each artwork can be finished with an elegant touch of gold leaf for a premium result. There’s also the option to enjoy the fluorescent version, painting with neon colors that glow under UV light, creating a vibrant and original visual effect.
