The process of the entire qualification of all event planners takes more than half a year. The Europe Congress recruitment team dedicates itself to this work intensive procedures to assure each participating hosted buyer to be worthwhile meeting for the participating destinations and suppliers. The hosted buyers’ qualification process consists of the following procedures:

  • Detailed telephone Interview with event planners to uncover business potential
  • Pre-registration in case of the successful outcome of an interview
