The Events Club Forum Associations applies a strict and lengthy qualification process, to assure all event planners, participating as hosted buyers, are likely to send business to any of the participating suppliers. Reference checks and follow up telephone interviews are being conducted after having received a relevant and precise registration form. After confirming the business potential and destination relevance of the event planners, the formal invitation is being sent out, including fully hosted buyers values. The 10 years+ experience Europe Congress has in these processes have offered a proven track record of highly successful MICE matchmaking. A pleasure palace for Salzburg’s prince-archbishops

Salzburg’s prince-archbishop Markus Sittikus planned Hellbrunn Palace as a never-before-seen oasis of enjoyment and leisure. This summer residence sprang up in virtually record-setting time, with construction taking only from 1612 until 1615. Master architect Santino Solari, who was also given the commission for Salzburg Cathedral, created one of the most magnificent Late Renaissance buildings north of the Alps.

The fountains - a spectacle quite beyond compare

The idyllic location in the south of Salzburg was ideal in many regards: The teeming waters flowing down from Hellbrunn mountain essentially predestined water to become a central design element. At the heart of the ground are the Mannerist “Trick Fountains”, which are quite unparalleled in the world today. Visitors have the opportunity to peek behind the hedgerows and scrutinize the figures more closely. But watch out for hidden water jets!

Optional Tour “Backstage Salzburg Festival”

The Salzburg Festival was founded more than 100 years ago by Hugo von Hofmannsthal, Max Reinhardt and Richard Strauss, and is a magnet today more than ever.
It offers a broader artistic program than any other festival: Salzburg features opera, drama and concerts. And in the selection of works and interpretations, it also offers the broadest spectrum from Mozart, the genius loci, to modern works, from classical interpretations to avant-garde experimentation, from Hofmannsthal’s Jedermann to Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin. And only the best and most famous artists from all over the world are invited to Salzburg.

Apart from the three Festival Houses (the Great Festival Hall (Großes Festspielhaus), the House for Mozart (Haus für Mozart) and the Rocky Riding School (Felsenreitschule), you see the foyers and auditorium. Please note that due to setup and performances, maybe not all rooms are open.
